An idea the stakeholder decides not to pursue is set to Verworfen instead of being deleted; the reason goes into a "## Verworfen" section. bin/project filters on it (verw), leaves it out of the open list and counts it in the overview; check reports a Verworfen idea without a reason and a dependency on a Verworfen idea. _requirements.md now documents bin/project.
Terrata
Local-first personal knowledge management with first-class structured and geospatial (GIS) data. Your notes, contacts, appointments, tasks, locations, and tracks live as plain, human-readable files (Markdown / JSON) and are exposed over standard sync protocols.
What it does
- PKM core — Markdown notes, linkable to everything else.
- Structured records — contacts, events, tasks with defined base schemas.
- Standard sync — CardDAV (contacts) and CalDAV (events + tasks), so existing clients work directly against your data.
- GIS — store coordinates and GPX tracks; view collections of geo data on a map.
- Extensible — add custom fields and types on top of the built-in primitives.
Principles
- Local-first — works offline, data stays with you, sync is additive.
- Open & readable — everything is plain Markdown / JSON on disk; no lock-in.
- Extensible core — built-ins can be extended without breaking the standard CardDAV/CalDAV mappings.
Status
Early / greenfield. Tech stack to be decided.
Project Setup
direnv
Beides beschrieben in nono.md
Branding assets in assets/branding/. Project context for Claude Code lives in CLAUDE.md.
